Careful cleaning is important to the life of your safety footwear. Shoes should be cleaned and properly stored after each use. To clean, wipe off excess dirt and mud with a stiff boot brush and dry towel. Dampen a sponge or towel with water and squeeze out the excess water. Rub boots clean, using a water-based cleaner if water is not sufficient. Wipe off excess cleaner with a clean towel. Store in a climate-controlled environment, away from dust and sun. If your boots are labeled water-resistant, they are not intended to be submerged or rinsed. Avoid solvents, boot oil, polish, or conditioners, which can break down the water-resistant properties. You may use water-based solvent-free wax, waterproofing spray, and water-based cleaners. However, do not use any wax during the initial two-week break in period to best allow the leather to mold to your foot. Avoid using deodorizing powders, odor-control inserts, or similar products inside your footwear, as they may damage the lining and materials.

Im usually a size 6 and i had to order a 7.5 in these. Customer service is 10/10 they were willing to go back and forth with me so that i can get my correct size. However u need to wear thick socks with these since they can bruise the back of your heel.
I read that these boots ran small but I didn't realize how small! I normally wear a size 5 and have a pair of CAT women's Echo steel toe boots in a size 5 that fit me well. So I ordered a whole size up and it was still too tight. I finally ordered a 6.5 and it finally fits me well. I am super happy my pair fits me since they're so elevated. But the sizing was confusing to figure out.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! They are a perfect solid black color and have a great shape for them to look like normal combat boots, but also provide the necessary protection while I’m at work. I also like the small pop of orange. The customer experience team, shoutout to Emily, was super helpful when I ordered only a .5 size up. They offered me a return label and fully walked me through the next steps to ensure I could get the right size. I highly suggest ordering a FULL SIZE UP to ensure you have the ideal fit. I will be returning in the future when I need more safety shoes, thank you Juno Jones!
Love these boots! I have both the Meti and Serpentines as well, and this is such a nice middle ground between the height and lace up option! I will admit that I tried to take them on a 3 mile hike right out of the box, but they did not break in quite as fast as the Meti's. But after a couple of wears they are beyond comfortable and my new daily! Plus the composite toe is super light, and you don't have to take them off at the airport if you have Pre-Check!

I work in an auto repair shop, and these boots are perfect! I had to break them in as any good leather boots need, but after only a week they are super comfy. They feel sturdy while walking around on slippery floors, and they look cute too! Very happy with my purchase!
If I could rate the boots and customer support separately, the support would be the full five stars! I don't know if my first pair of boots were a fluke with the internal lining breaking down so quickly (<3 months), but the ease to replace without any payment through Juno Jones was unheard of! Hopefully this second pair lasts much longer now that I'm aware of the harmful effects of drying powder in these.
I ordered my true size and felt they ran a little small. The customer service was great. I asked about exchanging for the next size up and they were quick about sending the return label via email. The replacement pair came and they are really comfy. Some boots have a long break-in period and these did not.

I tried at 7 on at Super Shoes, way to big, ordered a 6.5 from the web site way to small. I need to know how to return them.

This style runs over a full size small, but I was able to get sizing info and the correct size for me the second time around. There does seem to be a bit of variation in sizing/construction as my right boot fits slightly tighter than my left (and generally, it's my left shoe that normally fits tighter). I do like the boots, and with the right socks they are comfortable to wear all day.
It is not easy finding a style you prefer with the Static Dissipation. Often you have to just go with what is available. So happy I wound Juno Jones. Just the style that was wanted.

These were comfortable fresh out of the box. There were some rubbing spots but as I wear them those became less. They were uncomfortable across the top of my foot for the first hour I wore them but as my foot settled into the foot bed, that lessened and is no longer noticeable. I've been telling everyone to feel the leather because it is so soft! They are holding up well with the salt on the sidewalks, etc (its winter with snow where I live). I'm glad I took a chance on purchasing these.
I'm in love. I love the styling- not too masc, not too femme, just enough attitude. I love the fit- I have no idea what last they designed these on but it was apparently made for me. After trying them on around the house (I initially bought too large- exchanging them for the right size was quick and painless)- I've packed them up and put them under the Christmas tree for myself. Looking forward to opening them (again)!
I really like the look of these boots. They are comfortable and would recommend a half size up for a roomier feel and for winter socks. The only thing I would change is to thicken the sole a bit more. Otherwise, breaking them in was easy and didn’t take very long.
I ordered a whole size larger. I would suggest at least a half size up. These boots are so super soft. Took about 3 days to break in. I would recommend taking your old pair to switch out until broken in. The protective heel piece is extremely durable and stiff during that time.
