Hazard Girls: More Than a Community. A Movement.

There’s something powerful that happens when women stop asking for permission and start claiming space.

That’s exactly what the Hazard Girls are all about.

Born out of the mission behind Juno Jones, to empower women in the workplace through safe, thoughtfully designed footwear, the Hazard Girls community has grown into something much bigger than boots. It’s a movement of women showing up for themselves and for each other in industries where they’ve historically been overlooked.

What It Means to Be a Hazard Girl

A Hazard Girl isn’t defined by a job title.

She’s a welder. A construction manager. An electrician. A winemaker. A mechanic. A firefighter. A first-time apprentice. A seasoned leader.

She’s anyone who shows up, does the work, and refuses to shrink herself to fit into spaces that weren’t built for her.

Being a Hazard Girl means:

  • Owning your expertise

  • Taking pride in your craft

  • Facing real, on-the-job challenges head-on

  • And lifting up the women around you while you rise

It’s not about perfection, it’s about presence, grit, and growth.

Why This Community Matters.

For too long, women in the trades and industrial fields have operated in isolation.

No roadmap.

No representation.

No real sense of belonging.

Hazard Girls changes that.

At its core, this community exists to create connection. Through shared stories, honest conversations, and real-life experiences, Hazard Girls gives women a space to say:

“This is what I do and I’m proud of it.”

From the Hazard Girls Facebook group to the podcast and growing digital presence, the platform is designed to amplify voices that deserve to be heard.

Built on Storytelling, Not Influence

This isn’t a transactional influencer program.

It’s a storytelling engine.

Hazard Girls is about real women sharing:

  • The biggest hazards they face on the job

  • The lessons they’ve learned the hard way

  • The wins no one else sees

  • And the identities they carry beyond work

The stories are raw, relatable, and powerful and they’re what fuel the brand.

Because when one woman shares her story, another woman sees what’s possible.

From Community to Catalyst

The next evolution of Hazard Girls is intentional.

With a structured ambassador program, curated content, and a consistent storytelling cadence, the community is becoming a true growth engine, not just for Juno Jones, but for the women within it.

Think:

  • Monthly spotlight features

  • Podcast conversations with women in the field

  • User-generated content that reflects real life in boots

  • A platform where women advocate for each other, even when no one else is in the room

This is how culture shifts.

Not through ads.

Through people.

Where It All Connects

Hazard Girls isn’t separate from Juno Jones, it’s the heartbeat of it.

Juno Jones was founded because women deserved better-fitting, better-performing safety footwear. But the brand quickly became about more than product. It became about representation, confidence, and belonging.

Hazard Girls brings that to life.

It turns a brand into a community.

A product into a platform.

And individual voices into collective power.

The Future of Hazard Girls

This is just the beginning.

As more women enter the trades and industrial workforce, the need for connection, visibility, and support will only grow. Hazard Girls is positioned to lead that movement, by continuing to spotlight stories, build relationships, and create a space where women don’t just participate…they lead.

Because at the end of the day, being a Hazard Girl isn’t about the boots you wear.

It’s about the ground you claim in them.
