Shipping, Returns & Warranty

If not exchanging, but instead returning for a refund:
We are happy to accept returns for refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. It is very important to sufficiently try and test footwear while walking around indoors to ensure the right fit–shoes worn outside CANNOT be accepted for return.

Please note that for returns for refund, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, after two exchanges, a small handling charge will be deducted to each of any further returns for refund. This is to keep costs down for all customers.

Warranty:
At Juno Jones, we're committed to providing you with the highest quality safety footwear, designed and tested to meet rigorous safety and performance standards.

We offer a 6-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects, material flaws, and workmanship issues. If an issue arises, we'll work with you to replace your footwear quickly and fairly.

Please note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, accidents, or improper care. This warranty also does not cover damage, degradation, or material failure resulting from improper storage, neglect, or prolonged periods of non-use of the product. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase, regardless of when the product is first used.

Safety footwear naturally experiences wear and tear over time and according to industry standards should always be replaced every 6–12 months, or sooner if they show signs of damage, to ensure ongoing protection and comfort.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds can sometimes take a little time to show up, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to fully process and post to your account.

If it’s been more than 7 business days and you still don’t see the refund:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Reach out to your credit card company, as it may take extra time for them to post the refund.
  • Contact your bank—sometimes there’s an additional delay on their end.
